Here's the process in more detail ...

1: Initial Opportunity Discovery Session

Through a combination of questionnaires and a face-to-face or telephone consultation we’ll get to know you a little, what’s important to you in your personal life and in business, what’s working in your home life and in business and what you’d like to improve on. And most importantly what you’d like to achieve in your business and from the coaching program.

2: The Road Map

We'll use this information to design a program around your goals, your outcomes and your challenges. A full action plan will be created identifying a week-by-week roadmap to follow, to help you reach your goals in a powerful way.

3: Weekly 1-on-1 60 minute Telephone Mentoring Sessions

This is where the metal meets the road … where the real breakthroughs stem from.

Your coaching program begins with techniques designed to work on YOU - dissolving those limiting beliefs, behaviours and decisions that are preventing you from shining.

We do that by utilising a combination of the most cutting-edge and impactful coaching techniques in the world today including anything from traditional conversational coaching methods:

4: Keeping you on track

We’ll speak on the phone weekly finding out your wins and challenges for the previous week. We’ll also work through solutions to those challenges, review your homework and talk about the course of action for the upcoming week.

5: Accountability E-Coaching – daily or bi-weekly

These email messages are designed to both inspire you as well as help maximise your commitment to meeting the ongoing task commitments and milestones.

6: Ongoing Homework Assignments

It's really important to us that you integrate your learnings into your business. That's why we will occasionally issue you with homework assignments to be completed and submitted before the following coaching session.

Your homework may include reading certain material, performing certain exercises or developing and implementing various strategies in your business.
